Surveying

Measurement – both an art and a science!

TSC are Leaders in the Surveying Industry. Situated on the southern edge of New Zealand’s largest city, means we have become experts in all possible aspects of both urban and rural surveying. From multi-lot urban subdivisions to the rugged and remote rural surveys. We cover it all!

Our success over the last 30 years can be attributed to a combination of things.

Experience and Diversity - Our team is made-up of Registered and Licensed Cadastral Surveyors, Technician Surveyors and Otago University graduate surveyors. We cover every Surveying qualification in New Zealand!

Embracing Technology - The rapid rise in technology is changing the Surveying industry very quickly. We like to stay ahead of the game by having the very latest technology to maintain efficiency and deliver the best possible service to our clients. Some of our more interesting equipment includes a self-levelling GPS, a Precise Digital Level and a GPS guided Drone.

Systems - We have developed rigorous processes and system checklists to ensure consistent and reliable results. We have received written commendation from Land Information New Zealand that the quality of our work is among the best that they see.
