High-tech Greenhouse

TSC acted as the lead consultant on the project, delivering integrated Planning, Surveying, and Engineering services. 

The project began with a detailed topographical survey, forming the foundation for the design of building platforms, access tracks, entrances, and stormwater infrastructure. Our planning team secured all necessary district and regional land use consents, including those for earthworks, stormwater discharge, solar farm installation, and building coverage. 

Throughout the construction phase, TSC’s engineers provided expert site supervision, supporting contractors and ensuring compliance. We issued the required producer statements and prepared as-built documentation to meet council regulations. 

A key highlight of this project was the strong collaboration with a visionary client committed to creating a modern, high-performance, and sustainable growing facility. It was a privilege to be part of such an innovative development.
