Civil Engineering Services

Building solid foundations

At TSC our team of Civil Engineers use best practice engineering design to achieve the desired outcome for our clients. We have worked with Land Developers and key stakeholders for 30 years and have helped design and shape some of the more prestigious neighbourhoods in the Franklin area and beyond.

Why do our clients remain loyal and keep coming back?

Approachable - Our diverse team of Engineers are approachable and love finding solutions to problems. We listen to what the client wants and we take a proactive approach and design something that works for everyone.

Cost Effective – Horses for courses! Our engineering department consists of engineers with different degrees of experience and qualifications. The diversity our team brings means that we can remain competitive and are very cost-effective. No job is too small or too big!

Technology – Vital to the success of TSC is our drive to remain up-to-date with technology. We utilise the latest Engineering design computer software to deliver projects that exceed client expectations. Continual professional development is important to ensure that our engineers remain connected with the industry and the ongoing advancements. We have engineers that are members of Engineering New Zealand, Institute of Engineering Professionals.

Collaboration - We understand to achieve the best outcome for our clients and deliver the desired results we need to work in conjunction with our Project Managers, Planners, Surveyors and CAD Drafting staff. However, it doesn’t stop there. Our strong relationships that we have built-up over years with other disciplines and stakeholders in land development projects (such as the Council, Service providers, Iwi and Community groups) are also vital to our success.
