Experience and Diversity – We have a qualified and experienced team of planners who are well connected in the industry. Some of our Planners have previously worked for various Councils, so have well rounded experience in both the rural and urban realms. We have in-house expertise to deal with the majority of issues that may arise during resource consent processes. Our Planners knowledge and experience also extends to plan/policy analysis, submission and appeal proceedings, paving the way for our clients to achieve their ultimate desires for their property or business interests.

Our team remains up-to-date with legislation and policy development and all our Planners are members of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
